Neil returned to do another job at our house after sorting some issues with our already installed ev charger. From start to finish he has been knowledgable personable and completed the job to a high standard. He consulted us at all opportunities to ensure wires were installed to minimise change to aesthetics of outside of our property and followed up to check all was working correctly. He rewired and got them both up and running, despite one of them being in an awkward position! Tidy worker. Professional and approachable. Neil installed a new consumer unit/distribution board and also put in additional sockets and a light. We are very pleased with his work. He gave a clear quotation covering different possibilities. He arrived when he said he would and was happy to discuss and explain what he was doing. As an electronics engineer myself I was able to see that he thoroughly and diligently tested everything he had done and the existing installation. He cleaned up after himself (he hadn't made much of a mess anyway). He adjusted his final bill to reflect work that we decided not to do at this time. I cannot fault him I anyway. After contacting Neil, who has all the relevant certificates in order to undertake electrical work; he came out on time as promised & gave me an estimate. A time & date was arranged for him to do all works. Again, he arrived on time and started to check all electrics which I requested as I had concerns. He was extremely thorough. At my request he changed some old sockets and switches as well. He kept me informed and when there were any faults, he explained what they were & what he needed to do. He even went into the loft as he was certain wiring there needed to be checked. Due to the number of faults found, it did alter the final bill but only slightly and it was still very reasonable in the circumstances. I now feel all the electrics are safe. Neil, you have an excellent work ethic and I have no hesitation on recommending you to friends and family. We have had an ev charger unit installed, garage electrics and lighting done, remedial work, a full rewire, spot light & extractor fans fitted in multiple rooms.
